Free Local Pick-Up / Warehouse Collection

Premier House offers a third-party warehouse collection for heat pumps and fridges only.
Not all items are available at all locations and are subject to stock confirmation at the warehouse.
Payment must be made prior to pick-up. Our third-party warehouse does not accept payments.
Item collections will require a suitable ute or trailer. Please note items cannot be laid down or loaded into an unsuitable vehicle by the warehouse.
Full warehouse information will be sent after payment has been confirmed.
Third-party warehouse is open Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm (except holidays).

Premier House warrants all new equipment to be free from defects, including factory-used materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability in every possible way.

Return Policy

The item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

I have an aquaponic set up and usus jebao 6500. 1st one last 2.5 yes that why I chose jebao 6500 for the 2nd time. Although this one only lasted 1.5 yes. Hoping the 3rd instalment will last much longer. Apart from that Premier House had been exceptional in correspondence and delivery.
