I purchased one of these units & when it arrived (within 5 days of ordering) I was very impressed with the quality of the unit & the way it was packaged. The unit is now in operation and I am further impressed with efficiency, heating capacity & operational noise level. The pool water started at 20 degrees Celsius & within 14 hours the temperature is now maintained at a beautiful 28 degrees Celsius. Very Impressed, thanks Premier House
