Spa Pump Installation
(315A ,315AS, 330AS, 315E, 320E, 320ES, 330A, 340A, 310H, 310X)
I. Installation
- The motor must be grounded properly and be installed on a steel frame or a certain position with rubber blankets.
- Use specific pipes to join the inlet and the outlet with PVC glue, and let it rest for at least 24 hours before using it.
- Be careful not to leak the glue into the pump in case the impeller and pump body get stuck together.
- Tighten the pump’s connector to avoid water and air leakage and loud noise from the motor.
II. Usage
- This product is suitable for massage bathtubs, pools, and freshwater aquaculture.
- Keep the pump away from dust and other sundries to protect the seal and avoid water leakage.
- Make sure the motor is grounded and the power sources are equipped with leakage protectors.
- Keep all the wires dry to avoid electricity leakage.
- The ID of the pipe, which is connected to the air switch, should be 3mm wide.
III. Caution
- Don’t try to open the motor unless you are a professional.
- Don’t start the motor if there is no water in the pump. Otherwise, the seal may be damaged.
- Make sure the power supply meets the requirements engraved on the motor.
- All metal parts of the pump should be grounded with copper wires thicker than 1mm² wide.
- The product is a flow pump applicable to transport liquid and has no self-priming function.
- Avoid touching the motor when it is running and gets hot.
Swimming Pool Pump Installation
(310M, 315EM, 320EM)
I. Installation

- Be careful not to leak the glue into the pump in case the impeller and pump body get stuck together.
- Tighten the pump’s connector to avoid water and air leakage and loud noise from the motor.
II. Usage
- This product is suitable for spas, thermal springs, and swimming pools, as well as the liquid circulation and filtration of water treatment systems.
- Do not start the pump if there is no water in it.
- Keep the pump away from dust and other sundries to protect the seal and avoid water leakage.
- Make sure the motor is grounded and the power sources are equipped with leakage protectors.
- Keep all the wires dry to avoid electricity leakage.
- If possible, place the inlet lower than the water level for better performance.
III. Maintenance
The only daily maintenance is to clean the filter. Please make the regular maintenance according to the using condition. If the cleaning has not been done for a long time, the pump may be jammed and even broken. When cleaning, follow these steps:
- Shut down the pump and turn off the power supply.
- Close the inlet and outlet valves, and release air pressure.
- Counter-rotate the filter cover. Be careful not to hurt yourself.
- Take out the filter and clean it.
- Clean up the filter cover and the O’Ring in it.
- Put the filter basket into the filter base and fit it in the cover clockwise. Check if the O’Ring is properly fixed and the cover is tightened enough.
- Turn on the power supply and restart the pump.
- Only professionals can install and service the pump.
IV. Caution
- Do not plug up the inlet. Doing so can cause serious physical damage to you or even death.
- Keep children under adult supervision when using this product.
