Your item will be shipped to your registered address.
Please make sure your delivery information is up to date before checking out, and that you supply an attended address.
Please provide your mobile phone number and the contact number of the delivery address; this will assist with the dispatch and delivery of your item.
All items with Free Shipping will be sent via Australia Post.
All other items will be sent via a carrier.
Tracking – You will be provided with a tracking number and contact option for the carrier. Premier House does not actively track once your item is dispatched and received by the carrier. Customers are required to track and contact the carrier in the first instance to ensure they are aware of the status and location of their item.
Premier House is happy to assist with any shipping and delivery issues but accepts no responsibility for the delay of delivery or customers not tracking, receiving, or collecting promptly.
If you do not wish to use this service, you are welcome to pick up or arrange your own transport – picking, labeling, and dispatch fee applies. Please note that Premier House is not liable for any loss or damage due to self-arranged collection or damage in transit.
Third-party carrier collection incurs a $25 handling fee for labeling and loading (charged by the warehouse), and any damage in transit is not covered by us.
The delivery of the goods supplied by Premier House to you will be taken to occur when the goods are unloaded at the address you've specified in your order.
The delivery of the goods will be “curbside delivery only.” This means the delivery will be to the closest practical point (for the driver) of the building or a loading dock only. Upstairs, inside, or unassisted deliveries are not possible.
We can request a call prior, however, we cannot guarantee nor do we have direct contact with the driver. Please track and contact the courier customer service team.
Delivery fee includes one (1) delivery attempt only. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all attempted delivery and redelivery charges incurred by Premier House as a result of your failure to be present or accept prompt delivery of goods.
The driver will require assistance. We cannot guarantee a tailgate delivery service without extra charge. You can request a guaranteed tailgate delivery service prior to dispatch. If you do not request and pay for a tailgate service, you are deemed to have accepted the delivery terms, including assistance; a refusal by you or the driver will incur extra redelivery charges or a depot pick-up.
You must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and sign for in good condition. If the item is not in good condition, you must notify the driver and Premier House immediately before accepting the goods or releasing the courier. We will require photographic proof or other evidence in the event of an insurance claim. (Carton damage alone is not a reason for refusal of delivery.)
Please note that shipping and insurance are offered and provided by the carrier. Premier House is not the carrier or insurer and will not be liable for any delays, damage, or denial of any claim.
In the rare event of a product arriving damaged, a claim with the carrier or insurance provider will need to be made at the time of delivery and no later than 24 hours. Any shipping damage must be clearly noted at the time of delivery; any delays in unboxing or use will not be considered for the damage claim eligibility.
Please note that by signing for and receiving your product, you are accepting it as delivered in good condition.
If you request and provide an Authority to Leave, you are accepting the product as being delivered in good condition, and no claim for damage, theft, or loss can be made. We strongly recommend that you are home to receive it on the day.
This may take approximately 7-10 working days. Immediate replacement of the item is not possible until the carrier or insurer has processed and approved the claim.

Your freight will be sent via courier on your behalf to the address supplied. Your tracking number can be found either on the sales receipt or in an automated email that will be sent to you. You must use this number to track your item by logging onto the courier’s website. Please allow 3-12 hours for tracking to show.
If the nominated address is unattended when the driver attempts delivery, they will return the freight to the local post office or courier depot and leave a card in your letterbox so you can collect it from the post office or arrange with the courier to collect it from the depot.
It is the customer's responsibility to track and collect promptly if required. Your delivery includes one (1) delivery only; any item returned to Premier House or a depot that requires reposting or redelivery will incur additional postage/redelivery fees to the customer.
Please note that Premier House does not actively track your parcel once dispatched.
Premier House offers a third-party warehouse collection for heat pumps and fridges only.
Not all items are available at all locations and are subject to stock confirmation at the warehouse.
Payment must be made prior to pick-up either by credit card over the phone or direct deposit (Please note that PayPal is not available for this service.). Our third-party warehouse does not accept payments.
Item collections will require a suitable ute or trailer. Please note items cannot be laid down or loaded into an unsuitable vehicle by the warehouse.
Full warehouse information will be sent after payment has been confirmed.
The warehouse will require a copy of your sales receipt, your vehicle rego number, and a copy of your driver’s license.
Third-party warehouse is open Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm (except holidays).
